Several years ago I was sitting in my cubicle at work. It was a regular Monday like any other to begin the work week. I was sipping coffee out of my Dallas Cowboys coffee mug, affectionately referred to as “America’s Cup”, and I was having a discussion with a colleague about my beloved Dallas Cowboys. At that very moment, I took a look at my coffee mug and an idea flew into my head. “I am going to start a blog called Cowboys Coffee Talk!”, I declared aloud suddenly. My astonished colleague had no idea what was happening at that moment but I knew that my life would never be the same again. That is the story of how this blog was born.
